Shipping
All orders ship directly from our Brooklyn studio via UPS Ground or USPS services for small items like DIY kits. Please allow 2-3 weeks for quilts with custom embroidery to ship.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information included. USPS can be a bit slow in updating your tracking info, please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for tracking to be reflected correctly.
Yes, we ship all over the world via UPS Worldwide and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated by weight/volume and include estimated duties and customs at the time of checkout.
Our online system does a great job of correctly estimating the taxes required for international shipping. However, Haptic Lab cannot cover additional duties and customs retroactively. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 2-7 business days for your domestic order to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We'd love to meet you in person but we aren't able to accommodate individual pickups from our studio. We're happy to work with you to find the most cost effective shipping method.
Returns
All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. We're happy to issue a refund in the original form of payment for unused items in original packaging with absolutely no pet fur. Please email info@hapticlab.com to coordinate.

We love your pets, just not their fur. Returned quilts found with pet fur will incur a $50 restock fee for local dry cleaning services.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be coordinated with our studio via email at info@hapticlab.com
Custom quilt projects are non-refundable. However, if there's a mistake on your custom quilt (a typo, incorrect location) we'll happily make the alteration for you. Please email info@hapticlab.com to coordinate an alteration. We are not responsible for detail requests that were submitted incorrectly.
All orders placed during an Online Sample Sale are final sale, with no exceptions. Orders placed during regular promotions and sale events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Birthday Sale are eligible for returns.
