In post-WWII Japan, spiritual leader Masahisa Goi founded a peace movement with a simple, urgent prayer: May Peace Prevail on Earth. His vision for a nuclear-free future gave rise to the Peace Pole tradition, carrying this message across the globe in hundreds of languages. Today, Peace Poles stand on every continent. The world's tallest happens to be in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
