HOW DOES THE SAMPLE SALE WORK?
- Sign up for our emails to receive EARLY ACCESS
- You will receive one PREVIEW email with the exact sale drop date and time.
- You will receive a LAUNCH EMAIL with a direct link when the sale goes LIVE. The only way to access the sale is via the LAUNCH EMAIL link.
- ACT FAST. Just like an in-person sample sale, there are only ONE available of many of the listed items. The sale is first come, first served.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
- SAMPLE- production samples of existing Haptic Lab designs
- One Of A Kind (OOAK) - Production samples and items that have never been available before on hapticlab.com
- Less Than Perfect (LTP) - items with small imperfections
- Pages without an acronym after the product name are mint condition items :)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- All items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
- Absolutely no phone orders or reservations will be accepted.
- Please be patient! If you are unable to check out an item, it is likely in someone else’s cart simultaneously. This is a true SAMPLE SALE and many items are one-of-a-kind. Keep hitting that refresh button and remember we are a small team with limited resources to manage large sale events. We always do our best to ensure the sale is conducted fairly.
